The screens
After this page you can find your way to every item in Winston's left menu, in the order the app shows them.
Overview
Your home page: an Ask box at the top, shortcut chips for Connections, Learn, and Library, then a Morning Briefing of Winston's recent work, Pending Approvals waiting on you, and Pick up where you left off. Upcoming Jobs sits further down. On a new account it looks mostly empty until your first run.
123- 1The Ask box: ask a question without opening Chat.
- 2Morning Briefing: Winston's recent tasks and alerts.
- 3Pending Approvals: work waiting for a person's yes.
Scheduled Tasks
Recurring work: one card per job with its name, next run, an Enabled/Disabled pill, and pause and delete icons. The card shows the timing in a technical shorthand you never need to decode. When Winston confirms the schedule in Chat it spells out the same timing in plain English, "every Monday at 7 am Eastern" for example, and that reply is the version to trust. Details on Automation.
1- 1One job card: its name, the timing shorthand with the next run, an Enabled pill, a delivery pill, and pause and delete icons.
Work Audits
Winston's approval queue. Winston's finished files and tasks park here as cards until a person signs off, sorted into Suggestions, Pending, Completed, and Rejected tabs. Each card shows who asked, when, and exactly what Winston did. Approving is what lets the work go out; the full walkthrough is on Review and approve.
12- 1The status tabs: Suggestions, Pending, Completed, Rejected.
- 2Approve, Reject, or Edit in Chat.
Library
Your shelf of finished work. Approved files and pages land in the Library; other actions go to the destination named on the Work Audit card. The shelf holds webpages, spreadsheets, reports, videos, and decks, ready to reopen or share. Filter by type, or check the Activity log to see what changed.
1- 1Filter the shelf by type: webpages, spreadsheets, reports, videos, decks.
Chat
Where you talk to Winston. Past conversations sit in the sessions list, the middle is the conversation, and the Ask Winston… box at the bottom is where you type. Attach files or dictate if that's easier. The header shows your credit balance and whether Winston is connected.
123- 1The sessions list: past conversations, searchable.
- 2Thought for… is Winston's working notes, safe to skip.
- 3The Ask Winston box: type here and send.
Settings
The control room. Connections lists every connector; connected ones show a green Connected badge. Billing covers your plan, payment method, and invoices, and Usage tracks requests and credit spend. The rest covers your profile, appearance, and Agents. An agent is an AI worker like Winston; nothing on that page needs setting up to get started.
12- 1Connections: every connector you can link, and the ones already live.
- 2Billing and Usage: your plan and payment method, and what you have spent.
Learn Winston
The last item in the menu, and the easiest place to start: starter prompts picked from your setup answers, each with Run this and What to expect. Show all prompts opens the full library of 54.
1- 1A padlock means the prompt needs a connection you have not made yet.
Bottom left
Under the menu: your credits earned (click it for the Earn credits page and its list of ways to earn more), the workspace switcher if you belong to more than one, your name and role, and Log out.
