Review and approve
After this page you know what Approve and Reject actually do, and where finished work lands.
Work Audits is the approval queue. Four things to know:
- What it is: finished work from a starter prompt, a skill, or a scheduled run with delivery off parks here until a person signs off.
- Who can approve: any member of the workspace: Owner, Admin, or Team Member.
- What skips the queue: a schedule with delivery on, and a typed request that writes to a write-enabled system. Ask Winston to gate any request through Work Audits.
- Surprise drafts: some prompts end with a "publish as webpage" step you never asked for. The draft is not live until approved, so preview it and Reject if unwanted.
12- 1The status tabs: Suggestions, Pending, Completed, Rejected.
- 2Approve, Reject, or Edit in Chat.
Suggestions vs Pending. The Suggestions tab holds work Winston proposes on its own: ideas it noticed, not something you asked for. Nothing runs or goes out unless you act on one; open a Suggestion to run it, or ignore it. Pending is work you requested that waits for a sign-off.
The Library
Approved files and pages land in the Library; other actions go to the destination named on the Work Audit card. The Library is visible to everyone in the workspace: webpages, spreadsheets, reports, decks, and videos. Items still being finished sit under Draft; approved ones move to Ready. Open any item for its link, or jump back to the chat session that produced it when you want a revision.
12- 1Filter the shelf by type.
- 2What Winston can make: one-tap requests to fill an empty Library.
Chat answers are for questions. For anything the team will use more than once, ask for a real deliverable; web pages are the best home for large analysis.
- "Turn this into a web page I can share."
- "Give me this as a spreadsheet."
- "Make this a PDF."
